The project is a modern villa design consisting in atraight lines and slopping roof. The upper level of the house appears as an independent structure contrasting in appearance from the rest of the house comprising as it does of dark grey tiles.
The living area consists of two floors connected by a staircase, there is a total of 163,55 sq meters. The lower floor consists of a hall, dining room, covered terrace, kitchen with American bar, utitlity room, shower room and two bedrooms on the upper floor is the ensuite master bedroom with a separate dressing room. There is also a sun terrace finished with wrought iron railing.
As it is a project the client will be able to choose beforehand any variations in the plan or in the quality construction.

The price indicated includes only the construction of the house in accordance with specified construction quality.
This price needs to include:
* The price of the plot (if there are elevation / excavation costs these are extra)
* Taxes, VAT, Notary and Registry, and bank guarantees.
* Basic and of execution Projects, Building License, 10 year insurance structural warranty, Geotechnical study of the land and study by the Technical Inspection Office, and Final Construction Certificate issued by the architect.
*Water, electricity and drains connection to the building, or septic tank if necessary.
