This is a project for a modern and minimalist type villa. The construction of this project is to be done with the most modern and advanced materials. The house is on one floor with 150,20 sq meters. It consists of a fully glazed living room, hall, 3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, two bathrooms with large showers, one of these baths is the bathroom in the master bedroom and it also has double sinks, the kitchen is fully fitted, there is a laundry room and covered terrace.

This Basic version includes sliding aluminium Mallorca design, steel railing, and cladding of the façade with natural stone and concrete edge decoration on this façade.

As it is a project the client will be able to choose beforehand any variations in the plan or in the quality construction.

Basic version price: 186,500 €

The price indicated includes only the construction of the house in accordance with specified construction quality.

This price needs to include:

* The price of the plot (if there are elevation / excavation costs these are extra)
* Taxes, VAT, Notary and Registry, and bank guarantees.
* Basic and of execution Projects, Building License, 10 year insurance structural warranty, Geotechnical study of the land and study by the Technical Inspection Office, and Final Construction Certificate issued by the architect.
*Water, electricity and drains connection to the building, or septic tank if necessary.
